Shipping + Returns

PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS BEFORE SUBMITTING ORDER! Once your package is in the mail, BLUMA is no longer responsible for it. When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. We currently ship within the US using USPS, and to most countries internationally using DHL or UPS. 

Exchanges and cancellations are not accepted.

For returns: contact us within 7 days of delivery and return item within 14 days for a refund. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and item must be returned in its original, unused state to be eligible for refund. If you have any questions and/or concerns about your order, please contact us! We will happily work with you to resolve it.

Repairs and/or replacements are done on a case-by-case basis.
